Hey guys,

New truck owner and probably made the stupidest mistake when purchasing.

I bought the 2019 Ram 1500 Big horn with 20 inches wheels.

I live in a condo with underground parkade that has a clearance of 6.2. The truck goes down perfectly fine.

The new issue is with my new business im required the use of ladder, so I need to install a ladder rack and travel with ladder, which going to be a trouble going in and out of the parkade.

Will you guys recommend getting a air suspension? or should i just fully lower the truck down.

thanks in advance!

Air out the tires.

Im jk. Maybe try the rear lowering springs? lower profile tires too? I guess the air suspension would be the last option.

It really comes down to how much $$ are you willing to spend.
A simple drop is a lot cheaper and easier to install then any air suspension system would be.

A simple drop would be the answer, but I don't think with a ladder rack and ladder you are going to get the drop you need. Time to just park outside. Unless you want to spend $10k+ cutting up a brand new truck to add air ride.

6'4" is damn low and the ladder rack with ladder has to add at least 6" to your height. I'd move.
