so I'm having issues finding the 5 wire wiring harness connector/pigtail that plugs into the in tank pump for a 92 D150. spent days google searching. nothing. my original one is crapped out. lots of 4 pin connectors but no 5 pins than I can find. before I get creative with a soldering iron and some silicone, anyone ever find a replacement for this?

you don't need all 5 wires. i think the 5 wire is only for the computer or low fuel light that i don't even think these things even had.

it's actually the shape/size of the pigtail I need, so that it actually plugs into the fuel pump. Anyway, went to pick and pull this morning. spent a couple hours just wandering around until I found some early 90's Dakotas. they use the same connectors. rolled around in the dirt for a while and got the connectors.

Pick and pull is my playground so I kept wandering around. found a 90 ramcharger. pulled the gas pedal, washer fluid and radiator overflow bottles that looked new and steering wheel for my projects. wanted to keep playing but time was up, had to go pick the folks up at the airport. The wife says I'm a sad simple simple man.

hahaha simple is not a bad thing sometimes. i always forget about dakota's and ram vans of the same age. most of the time all the parts are very similar and interchangable plus the ram vans and dakota's seemed to either be more popular or lasted longer
