Does anyone know if a JL Audio 12W6V3 will fit in this box??

FOX is suggesting a 7.5" mounting depth however some users have reported the depths being larger than advertised on some of his boxes.

Thanks in advance,

I have this exact sub in my truck. I had to use the Net Audio Tall box which required the seats to be raised. Not sure how much depth the Fox Box has but you might want to check out Net Audio as well.

It sounds great, gets deep and has a ton of punch.

If you buy me 2 I will toss them in my fox box and give you the feedback!

The net audio tall is on my list as well.

I’ve currently got dual 10” JL w1v3 in a sealed pre-fabbed ATrend sealed. While this is a decent setup, I fully expect a single 12W6 to outperform the dual 10”. Im running a 600/1 to power each at 300 and I plan on using this same amp to feed a 12w6 the full 600.

Thanks for your feedback. I think I’ll be going down this path. It’s either that or dual 10” W6

Depending on depth and airspace, a pair of Audiofrog GB10D4 subs might drop into your current box and sound much better.

I just checked these out and they’d be too deep for the box I’ve got.
