I have forgotten .
.....I have a service and air filter on the message menu .....How do I rest them????

Check your owners manual...if you don't have one, download the correct one for your year..it's free

for my 2012, for the oil change due, it is:
Unless reset, this message will continue to display each time you turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position. To turn off the message temporarily, press and
release the Trip Odometer button on the instrument cluster. To reset the oil change indicator system (after performing the scheduled maintenance), refer to the
following procedure:
1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position (do not start the engine).
2. Fully depress the accelerator pedal slowly three times within 10 seconds.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF/LOCK position.

This procedure will only reset the oil change due message.
There is no procedure to reset the service air filter message. It’ll go away after a few key cycles once whatever the problem was is resolved.

This procedure will only reset the oil change due message.
There is no procedure to reset the service air filter message. It’ll go away after a few key cycles once whatever the problem was is resolved.


That's why I said oil change due and to check the correct manual for his year truck................didn't see a procedure for the air filter in the manual.

Wasn't sure if it was a newer model thing or not, like the hepa filter they have & mine doesn't................
