The reservoir hoses ended up running like this, both sides are touching the UCA's, but the edges on them are rounded and the hoses are super heavy duty, so i think it should be ok ?

Also did a test tucking the wheels up on boths sides, and the tires doesn't touch the hoses

Initial dirt testing is exactly what i was hoping for, the more speed i give them the fluffier the terrain seems to get. They're more firm on the street like Ranchos on #7, but absorb portholes and speedbumps with a much softer hit. I think i'll miss the option of having the compression adjusters though last shocks i had with such option (Icon Stage 7), i barely touched the settings and i always had them on 15 clicks street or dirt, same thing with the Ranchos they were set at #6 and never looked at them again. So far i'm liking the valving but need a lot more dirt roads to test them in full. They don't bounce like Ranchos as expected when you give them hell, and in fact they're begging for more speed, can't wait to test this fackers out in the desert next year.

The aligment only needed a massage in the camber and toe

Id wrap them in a section of heater hose or something to stop chafing and is easily replaceable and just check them during routine maintenance. A dab of bearing grease to lessen friction and rock on.

Looks good, depending how close to the uca pivot you are it may need to be a bit longer but it's a cheap and easy thing to adjust as you go. I swear any time something rubs a hard edge or a wear item I pull the zip ties and tubing out. It's all over all my trucks.

Orrrrr those UCAs are just too big and you need to send them to me [emoji1672]

Ya know, looking at the pics I'm surprised that they didn't mount the resi on the frame. I'm still in my pjs and just goin off the pics posted, but it looks like there's room to tuck it out of the way safely. I mean everyone likes seeing the resi but it just seems like the whole hose rubbing the uca thing would be an obvious issue when designing this. Just thinking out loud. I know my thuren resi's on my 2500 were mounted on the frame which is what I'm basing my assumptions off.

I thought about it but didn't want to drill anything besides being so late when i was doing the install :)
I went ahead and lifted the truck while letting the CO's droop and cut a couple of longer heater hoses

Looks perfect on your end!!! I'm super jealous!! It was more of a rhetorical observation, from a manufacturer standpoint. Knowing that 99% of people aren't as involved with their vehicle's inner workings would eventually run into issues with this. Most have shops install and maintain vehicles. Honestly its a nit pick of a thing I suppose but for the coin id question why they'd not have a different position is all. Maybe for sway bar clearance at full compression, I'm not gonna over critique it as I don't have it in person. You'll be hard pressed to wear through both layers of hoses before noticing so its a non issue.

Once you beat them a few good times and break the internals in they're gonna run like hot butter man!!!

Fabricated my own shock shaft covers for about $5 with parts i bought from Lowes :), the idea is to protect the shaft from stones thrown by the front tires when you're having fun in the dirt. I used rubber decking per this video from Filthy Motorsports, fast forward to 1:25:50 min

I tried googling it and found nothing. I'll have to take a stroll through the store tomorrow.

You should find it in the flooring section, i didn't see it as rubber decking , it had a different name but I don't remember what it was though, they have 120 ft rolls and then piece by piece, they're like 3ft long so I bought one of those.

I bought the thicker piece to put in front of the shaft, and then a vinyl stair tread (yellow sticker) to wrap the shock body out andput a steel hose clamp around it.

Just wanted to check a couple things with you. Running the falken on a -12 offset you have no rubbing at lock? Could you measure how much you stick out from the fenders? I've pretty much been using your truck as a baseline for my decisions because I'm liking the overall stance.

How is the truck on the highway? Probably more so back when you had the leveling struts in.

Sorry i didn't reply before.
No rubbing at all, the only time i had rubbing was when my alignment shop lowered the caster by mistake (i guess the tech was lazy and it was easier to get the thing aligned lowering the caster)
Here is where the tire rub, and it wasn't even at full lock, this was with 3* caster on the driver side, 3.5" on the passenger, which is basically if not mistaken where thngs will fall in line if you didn't have offset UCA's, next day i went back and had her re-aligned 4.5* driver, 5* passenger which is what i had prior to the mistake, and voila, no more rubbing.

The tires stick out a good 3" if i measure the witdth from the sidewall.

Ride with the Ranchos was outstanding, little firmer than stock on the highway as i had them set at #6, #4 was soft as stock, but it wouldn't be good for a dirt road (too soft will tend to bottom out the shocks with little speed), so i had them set a tad firmer because of it. if you want to ride stock or even softer than stock, then you could set them at #4 or below.
