If anyone in Central New York area is wondering, I went to the Krown dealer located at 9559 River Rd., in Marcy NY (Utica mailing address) and they are there and I set up an appointment for my Ram in October. There calendar was filling up pretty quick.

For the Canadian folks in the toronto area. I went to Krown in Oakville this week and had it sprayed. I was talking to I believe the owner there and said I wanted a heavy first coat to make sure it was all coated. He assured me they do a lot of RAMs and will focus on all the trouble areas. Sure enough they coated it really well. So well in fact I was putting down a smoke screen on the highway.

Everyone I know using Krown swears by them.

Had my 2011 done for first time ever on Monday. Just moved to a salt state this winter.

Truck still dripping on Thursday. I asked them to not drill holes and they complied willingly. They took out every rubber body plug and was able to get everything sprayed. So I think you can not drill and be ok.

It's messy but in my opinion worth it. I also asked them to do the salt neutralizer before the spray. An extra 19 dollars. Well worth it in my opinion. Total cost 169.

Krown St Louis, great shop

That's awesome, I've heard nothing but good things about Krown. Wish there was one closer to me.

I realize this thread was mostly about Krown which seems like an awesome product. I live in salty CT no Krown near me but plenty of Fluid Film and NH Undercoating. Any experience with NH Undercoat?

Going to have it done next week.

I bought the Corrosion Free 3000 sprayer with various tips and 2 gallons of goop and will do it myself once it warms up. I will get every nook and cranny, pull the wheel liners and spare, do inside the frame, everything. No shop will do that. I paid $330 and will have the sprayer for life. $65 per gallon for the goop and 1 gallon will do the truck no problem.
I did the rear diff with a spray can of the stuff (maybe 1/4 of it) and dirt is not sticking to it. It looks brand new. It had some rust and it is now neutralized. And no drips, no smell at all.

Who in CT is using NH oil? I did mine myself with Corrosion Free (twice) but it would be nice to know of a shop just in case I get lazy one year.

I live in canada as well and swear by krown's effectiveness. Its messy and runny when warm but well worth it because it really does help against rust. I also wash my vehicles at least once a month in the winter to get some of the salt deposits off on both my truck and the family van.

I dont have a problem with krown drilling holes as they're not visible and it gives me a piece of mind that their product reaches everywhere.

I may try corrosionfree next year as it is a bit thicker and seems to stick around longer. Krown recommends 12month intervals where as CF recommends 18months. I usually have this applied in Oct or November.

Usually in July, I will grab 3 or 4 few cans of krown or corrosionfree and liberally apply it myself underneath the vehicle. Also it's a good idea to get a can of silicone lube and spray all the rubber weather stripping and door gaskets as it will help reduce rubber deformation.

There is a shop in Stafford Springs that does both NH Oil and Fluid film, that’s who I am using.
