Well, I got me a Big Bright Red truck, LMAO, so bumpers OK. I honestly, though have turned wrenches for over 40 years (backyard), do not have the mechanical aptitude to do all that stuff. So truck stays basically stock. Gonna get some Michelin LTX's and get rid of stock tires, and a bed rug and a tonneau cover, than good. Since truk sits parked most of the time, no way to justify spending all dem bucks not have, since retired, just saying...

Added: Either gonna do pod lights or 60" light strip, get Curt T harness, plug in, and be good. LOL

I only wish I could be disciplined to keep it simple. I'm no gear head, but when it comes to vehicles I have always modified them since the first one I owned. I just don't like stock vehicles of any kind since there is always another one precisely identical. Houses and cars, since I have to spend so much money on them, they get customized so I can carry a smile on my face when I'm making the payment. Lol..

No sir, yer logic is illogical, because the vehicle U have is not the same, because:
1) You either have the "pink" slip
2) u r PAYING ON THE LOAN.

(ALL with a chuckle and IMHO)

Marsh love your build thread truck looking awesome! My favorite photos are with your surfboards on the truck reminds me of my young years surfing! What part of Fl ya in? I grew up surfing the Jax Beach area, saw you had photos from Hugenot park, I drive out there quite a bit when visiting family there, great spot for photos! :)

Thanks @SuthrnRAM . I'm in the Northside of Jax, Ft. George/Pumpkin Hill Creek is the backyard playground for me and my fishing buddies. Don't surf Jax Beach at all, as I prefer to stay up near the Talbot Islands and Huguenot. A lot more mellow up there. I'm not the same snake I was for the more competitive breaks when I was younger! Haven't built any surfboards in awhile, but most of our customers are Huguenot guys, so I really like it there.

Now that I have my truck where I want it, I'm itchin to strap it up with boards for a photoshoot out at Huguenot. Those racks don't get used unless the truck is loaded with guys, so I really never get to take pictures with it loaded. When it is, it's a mean looking prepared beast ready to get us and our gear where we need to go!

Got the paintable grill today for 80 bucks. Too bad it's the black metallic, would have saved me a paint job. It was going to cost me 30 bucks alone just to get the black badge and everyone else wanted $200+ for paintable grills, so I can't complain!

Finally got your bumpers on I see. Looks great man!

Thanks. Still work in progress, have to get that grill and my step bars painted. And get the dual exhaust in. And I get the joy of wiring up some fogs that I didn't have. And I need one more gloss black badge for the tailgate. This **** never ends. My next truck will not be purchased with chrome bumpers, I'm not doing this again!

In in the same boat with not having fog lights, and want to add them. Are you hooking them up the factory way, or just running a switch?

I'm gonna run a switch, rather than replace the dial for the factory option. Have a few other accessory plans that will need switches, so I'm good taking this route.

I replaced my knob with one that has the fog light option...but from what i understand, i will need a harness and wire it to the TPMS...and then the dealer might not even be able to turn the sales code on since its a 2010!!!

Geesh, switch it is for sure. I thought you had that Alpine with switch options integrated.

Geesh, I'll just buy new steps next time. Stripping those down was not worth my time. Time to get to painting as soon as this weather cooperates.
