I want to get the Kicker sub box but not if it means losing the foldout table thing under the rear seat, can anyone confirm?
I'm going to guess the Kicker sub that sits under the driver's side back seat is too tall for the fold flat storage.

You can put the Kicker Hideaway sub on the floor behind the fold flat floor (between the seat and back wall) on the passenger side.

I'm guessing then the Kicker sub is larger than the Alpine sub that my 15 Sport came with because the folding things still worked in that one. Oh well that sucks.

The 28ab is the one with the tweeter and 6x9 mid. The 42 has 3 3.5” speakers, so its more for the alpine system upgrade

Would this be the kit to buy then? I have been so far out of any type of mobile audio upgrades I wouldn't even know anymore....

18 Big Horn CC with 8.4 Unconnect w/ Nav.....I'm assuming its the regular 6 speaker factory speakers. It is kind of underwhelming when trying to listen to my favorite music and stations.

Interested in this set also. Will factory unit power them well til i add a amp

I've had both the Kicker 77kick set ups and am now running the CS Series speakers all the way around with an Alpine F50 amp. I've tried the dash speakers amped, ran them off the head unit and currently have them disconnected. The 3way Kickers have enough hi's and lows that I just don't see a need for the dash speakers, in either confit I've ran them they end up to bright for my taste. I'm running the 77kick28ab in my work truck with Fact Ryan head unit and no amp, plenty of sound just not loud.

Look around in this forum, there's enough here on stereo's to confuse anyone. Consider what your looking to get out of the system and what your willing to have and not have i.e., the factory head unit, steering wheel controls and the like. Remember that once you start, it's hard to stop wanting more..

Im either going with 77kickab w the extra 6x9 in back or the cs series. The cs set is cheaper by $100 bucks, but not adding amp yet

I went to sonicelectronix.com and ordered a set of four Hifonics 6x9 3 ways, and two Hifonics 3.5 coaxials for the front dash speakers. Bought the adapter harnesses and resistors for the front and 1/4 6x9 spacer for the front doors. It is less than $130 for all of it. Still waiting on the 6x9's to make an appearance as those weren't included with my order. Contacted sonic to see what happened.

I got this from DRKNESS way back when.

CSC65 for the front doors (with a 6x9 to 6" adapter), DSC6930 for the rear doors and the DSC350 for the dash/tweeters. The dash speakers are loud so I've had to modify my settings in the radio to better suit my audio needs. This next thread is what is going on with mine and how I intend to do to fix my issue:

Other than the oddity with the dash speakers, these are a vast improvement over stock. I am using the RA2 5" system in my 14 Ram 1500 Express.

I had the 6x9 ks and just recently swapped them out for the mopar kicker kit and sounds a lot cleaner with the factory non alpine system.

With the KS 6x9s did you have to add a spacer for them to fit?

I had them in the back door and they fit fine. Front door would more than likely need spacers.
