I guess thats where i was coming from with my comment. I was surprised how cold it was. Its nothing i hate or think about everyday. As you can tell, i had to think hard about something i didnt like.

The damn key fobs keep acting up!

The regen for the diesel smells horrible.

That’s not a Ram thing, tho. Everything late-model diesel has to have all that silly California ******** on it but it’s probably not the regen you’re smelling. It’s most likely that stinky, burning ****-water crap that’s being sprayed into your exhaust. Well, it could also be the stench of that soot being incinerated at 2000 degrees, too. Lol.

But I wonder if a few drops of this stuff would work in that DEF tank.

Can someone tell me what the setting is. When I turn off the vehicle and remove the key, no interior lights come on unless I open the door. 2016 1500 big horn

Cheap freakin “cable” attached to the fuel tank cap. It’s popped off a couple times and rolled across the parking lot. Wish it was capless like my F150’s and and wife’s Explorer. And also don’t like that the glove compartment has no light. I was shocked when I opened it up for the first time and was pitch black.

I had next to no complaints about my 4th gen until today... I've discovered rear wheel rust bubbling under the paint already in a large area. Not happy. Having to worry about rust 2 years into a 60K truck is bullish*t.... Love the truck and REALLY love this forum, but pending how this goes with my Ram body, the aluminum brand might be getting my attention sooner than I had thought.... Time will tell.

I think it's a 5 year rust warranty on body parts...

This is my next task at the dealer when I'm in for the recent recalls. I've heard that the rust warranty only applies if the rust has penetrated all the way through the panel though, which doesn't really help this of us with surface rust issues.

I think there is a paint warranty too. You just need to be a step ahead of the dealer. @RamCares may be able to help too.

My truck has a slight squeak when I press my brake hard, been there about 2 months, goes away during a fresh snowfall or rain. Took in 3 times, last to the dealer.
No one can figure it out

Long list of items FCA will reimburse for up to a year after purchase.
You and your doctor fill in forms and selling dealer financial manager sends it all in with purchase info.
3 weeks later and cheque in the mail from dealer.
Love the FREE STEPS.

I wish they thought a bit more about the fender flares and front bumper. From a side angle it looks terrible. it looks like the end of the bumper is hit in. I wish some smart aftermarket guy would make some add on bits you could stick on the bumper to ease the ends of the flares

Pretty sure mine does this lol. And it’s a basic express. I think it’s worded exit delay or something. Mine is set to 30 seconds I believe. Leaves radio on too. Many times a good tune would be on and I’d stay in the truck to hear it after turning it off. Always seems to shut off around the best parts though lol

Hmm, I’ve never experienced that in mine.

But you could always try a Pedal Commander that’ll make your pedal a lot more responsive. I had to take mine out because it’s just too much.

I know what he’s referring to. Mine is like this too I could have heat cranked to the point it’s uncomfortably hot. My items in the cup holder will be cold. Kinda sucks when I have my coffee in there and it goes cold. I have the bench front with 3 cup holder. Never really warms up ever

Think maybe you need a better coffee cup. My Yeti don’t do that and neither does my Contigo cup.

I love my 2019 Ram, but every time I get under it to do something, I find another wiring harness/connector that's looks like it's going to get ripped off the first time I go off roading.

I uppped my delay shut off to 10 min since I would want to hear a good song after I shut it off and it was going out around 45 sec. this still has no effect on the interior light. I can’t believe you turn off truck and take out the key and would sit in a dark truck until you open the doors.
