what is the best route if I was going to go with oem projectors , besides from the dealer . Are the aftermarket versions I’ve seen any good ? I’m not opposed to buying a stock projector and building a pair . Your thoughts ?

Aftermarkets would be cheaper by a bit. Are you looking to go HID with the projectors?

I’d check local junk yards for them! HID is king in OEM projectors!

I've been wanting to do this as well. Hard to find the chrome projectors. Spyder sells them on Amazon. Dont know how well they are made. Would like to stay under 600 after the adapter purchase. Any suggestions for online options?

A halo kit as well . Pixel looks quality bug the oracle performs nice but comes with zip ties to install wtf is that

Retroshop or The Retrofit Source for DRL boards and halos.

I bought TYC chrome projectors from Rock Auto and couldn’t be happier. Way more light output even with halogens thanks to their clear low beam projector lens.
I tried led’s in my stock black projectors and it sucked bad.
Light output was scattered, not focused at all.
I might try hid’s in my TYC’s but I really don’t like the idea of putting holes in the dust caps.
