I have a 2012 1500 with 67000 miles on it, and over the few months it has started making three weird noises.
The first is when i brake, or go over small bumps, it sounds like something is rolling around under the rear passenger side, as I only hear it from my right ear as i drive. It sounds like something rubbing against metal, but I have looked under that side of the truck and cannot see anything I think would be the culprit. It is enough for me to hear the sound that I cannot drive the truck now without the radio on, as I hear that sound every time i brake or accelerate.
The second is the truck bed. It has started squeaking as it flexes. If i drive with the windows down, as it has been nice weather lately, here in Texas, i hear it creak and flex making ping noises every couple of seconds.
The third is when I go over speed bumps, even though I go as slow as possible, I still hear what sounds like the truck bed slamming back down and thumping more than once.
That are these sounds? If i could afford it, I would sell the truck because of them!
