Well guys I have a rough harness built. It's taped and bigger than the final Product will be but I wanted everything easy to get at just in case I messed up a wire or need to probe anything. This one does not have the switch added to it as I'm using my existing switch. The ones For sale will have switch and stuff wired in ready to go.
Anyways enough babble here is the rough product. 42e4c21c1cdb1973d29bfb31b553cc94.jpg

Looking forward to being able to pick one up. Driving the rental with a 44-45 while my truck is at the body shop has really made me hate the way FCA operates the 44-44.

Yeah sometimes the auto feature is really nice hey. I rarely use 4x4 auto but it's handy for the roads sometimes when ur driving long distances. Don't need to worry as much.

Yea I love Auto on the few occasions it actually gets nasty down here or when we get those surprise summer showers that brings all the oil to the top of the road surface. My biggest complaint is the lack of real lock up like I was used to in Fords that had the BW Auto T-Case. Once you have the harnesses for sale I will certainly be buying one and looking at the Rockland clutches if my T-Case ever burns them up.

I wana get the rockland clutches just for extra security. I go places where tow trucks wouldn't want to. [emoji16] The lockup works well thus far. I'd love to find the conditions where there's about a foot of snow and recreate the clutch over heat situation. Then flick the switch and do it again all while timing the progress. The switch definateky makes a difference. Had to fire up my diesel to tow me out a few times already because I got too daring. But man does it chew locked up.

I need to find a zf front diff cheap cheap and get one of my machinist buddies to make me a ratchet locker for the front end. [emoji48] Then there'd be hell to pay for people talking the trucks down haha

Hey all here's an update. The harness is in and I wired to the ground pin on the tcase control module I will Be picking power off this as well I hope! That'd be a way simpler Plug and play. Anyways it's in and is working. Going to be keeping an eye on how hot that resistor gets and will decide from there if it needs a sink. (In the pictures ignore the red wires they're for my light bar) second pic is everything all Buttoned up ready to go.
Next harness will be more streamlined now that I know what I'm Dealing with. 05fdd0c186b26165b3b34d1c570aae85.jpg5827eae8f23a39389bb3c054b1bf60d3.jpg

Let us know if you get those clutches. I'm interested in those as well, how much, how hard the install is, etc.

Discovered a weird problem. The relay likes to buzz when in 4x4 switch off but Only when the throttle is pressed pretty weird.

Ok problem solved. Had a slight backfeed causing the relay to power up but not power up enough to switch it on. Added a second relay in such a way it can't back feed and going to test now.

Its working great! Going to try to narrow it down to one relay again but it's fully functional as it sits right now. Going to Order all the things I need to get this into full swing!

Hey guys so I been. Looking for that other. 4 pin plug. No one has it! And I need male and female to boot so it's basically Im possible to find both. Anyways would. U guys be ok with these wire taps! I think it's the best solution. Simple and still very easy to remove. Found the stick on switches too so it's pretty basic with the two taps. Any suggestions? 4a19426bb2fd86e1248ec5356234c5d7.jpg97cd7398dd12a7b2f9c5d99624cb52f1.jpg

I'm perfectly ok with that, those are removable with minimal damage to the sheathing of the wire. I'm assuming this is all going to be inside the cab anyway right?

Everything is inside the cab passenger side right under the glovebox.

68065020AA is factory number

Delphi number is 1546671

Mouser number is 829-15466671

But even if I find that plug it's likely imporrible to find the female end which doesn't seem To have any listing at all. I have two people. Trying to source it but theyre saying they Havnt come across anything.
