Anybody know how I would go about getting the contact phone number for my local factory representative? Or better yet does anyone have the contact info for the factory representative nearest Kansas City, MO? I've called every dealership in the area and none of them want to give it to me. I called FCA USA LLC and they didn't want to either.

You probably need to call FCA CS and get a claim started.

And thank you for the advice, but I'm looking for the phone number to my factory representative. I'm well aware of what steps I need to take.

No one is going to give you a factory rep's phone number, the dealership or FCA customer Service is the go between the factory and the customer. Only the dealership has factory reps, you don't have a factory rep.... well unless you are a dealer.

Ah the back story. And indeed what a backstory it is. Lol However, it is not my intention to air any more dirty laundry than is absolutely necessary. So suffice it to say I am looking for the contact phone number for my factory representative. I feel as though that is a piece of information I should be able to obtain since one of the questions in the customer care, arbitration and lemon law rights booklet that comes in our owners manual packet is, “have you met with the factory representative regarding your complaint?“

If it’s something to do with your truck being a lemon, i’d suggest not wasting your time, and just get a lawyer.

It's not a lemon issue it's a dealership doing me extremely dirty, I don't need a lawyer I can handle this, contact the attorney general if need be, not getting screwed over by a dirty dealership that lies to FCA LLC issue.

Does anyone know how I can get ahold of a factory rep?

You won’t get ahold of a Factory Rep. your best bet is to go with FCA customer service and file a complaint. Or get a Lawyer involved depending on how bad the dealer has actually done you. If they have done damage to your truck that is.

Listen to the above. Walk the customer service walk. If your complaint is about a dealer you should be asking an attorney what steps are available to you from a legal aspect.

I've walked the customer service walk. Spoke to my service advisor, then spoke to his boss, then spoke to the dealership's operations manager, then talked to the dealership's general sales manager who told me that meeting with the general manager himself would be impossible, then talked to the general manager. Asked the GM for the factory rep's contact info he gave me a name and number and then later that day told me he had done me the favor of contacting this rep to let him know I'd be calling. He said the rep was already aware of the situation because the rep is the one that authorized the parts that the dealership lied to Chrysler about and had covered under warranty even though it wasn't a warranty claim it was the dealership just being negligent and damaging the truck. So, I'm questioning whether or not the number the GM gave me is really for a legit factory rep. It seems to me that the dealership is doing everything they possibly can to intercept and block my attempts to get through to Chrysler. I'm considering CC'ing Mike Manley in the rest of my communications with this GM, but really don't want to even have to escalate this. I'm not trying to get this dealership into hot water or anyone that works there. I'm just trying to get my truck back in the condition the service department and I originally agreed to and I paid them for.

Your missing the point. Skip the dealer all together. And go to FCA Customer Service directly. Trying to stay dealing with a dealer that has already not helped you or screwed you over that many times was just a mistake.

You might want to provide some general details as to how or what the dealer did that caused you to get your vehicle back damaged. That way members here can advise if they have had a similar issue and how they resolved it.

The only addition suggestion I would make is to please use paragraphs.

Am I missing something? You say he authorized parts to "fix" your truck, you don't want to hurt the dealer and you want to talk to him/her. What do you want to talk about?

Google "contact FCA District Manager" That would be what you are calling the factory rep in your area. Also, very easy today to google "who is the owner of (dealership) Got a full print out on my dealers owner including his phone number.
OP you have had a number of member's reach out to try and help you with your request. Try responding. You may find their help,,,helpful.

I'm not trying to get this dealership into hot water or anyone that works there.

Speaking in general, contacting the entire chain regarding whatever the complaint is about is like turning up the heat to boil water. Regardless, sometimes that's exactly what you need to do to get someones attention, but now you hit a wall. Moving on to the next step, you should probably heed the advice of others and submit your official complaint with FCA; along with the names of every person you spoke with. Not everyone gets favorable outcomes but many people do.

Find a high price lawyer and have them draft up a letter for a few hundred dollars. the note the dealership sings will probably change. send the same letter to FCA that is if you have a leg to stand on with lemon law....
