So I want to build out my Rebel. I’ve got a Rzr 1000 that I like to beat on, but sometimes we like to stay out for a couple of days and camp. I’m looking to do an overland build with an RTT, shower, the whole 9. So, I’m on the hunt for a reputable manufacturer for a cover and bed rack system. I want a low profile rack to keep the RTT lower COG. I know I could get the Nuthouse setup, but that’s a bit excessive for what I need. Are there any others?

I’ve been building Jeeps for the past 12 years and finally got out of that money trap and bought a Rebel with coils and did the 2” MOPAR kit with 35’s.

Would I have better luck posting this in one of the main subs?

I'm kind of curious as to what you'd like to do with the rack and the cover? I make these racks for the Dodges, keeps the height just right and the crossbars are removable. But are you also wanting to park the RZR on top of the truck? Or are you towing the RZR and letting the rack be totally separate?

If you are also trying to park the RZR over the bed, I don't think you can run a rack at the same time due to the width requirements. You could do something like a single snowmobile or quad inside the rack rails, but RZR''s are pretty wide.
