Mopar or Ram app

Has anyone had their service records show up in the Ram or Mopar app? Mine have not and the dealer just told me that only warranty work will show up there????

Not true, all of the service so far that I have had at the dealer is in the Maintenance History of the FCA app for my truck. I actually have (2) recalls, not gotten to yet. Just not feel like driving 45 miles 1 way yet, lmao. Will get done when I get oil change done next time and tires rotated...

ADDED: Not had any warranty work done and as stated above, not got the (2) recalls done yet SEE NEXT POST BELOW: I deleted the name of dealer to post, all info there.....

I think it is on the dealer to put it in. One dealer listed an oil change and tire rotation as “misc maintance” the other dealer listed it as an “oil change”.

I believe you sometimes have to call the customer service line for the app, mine wouldn’t show anything until I “proved” I was the owner because my dealer mistyped my email address, so when I signed up on the app there was a mismatch.

I can see my, I was just quoting what my app says based on which dealer works on my truck. One dealer just a put in misc maintenance and the other one actually puts in what they did.

The oil changes I did myself show up in the app just fine.

got first oil change on my trk from the selling dealer and they also did the ground recall .. just checked the Mopar.com sit that lists me as the owner ... does not show the oil change or the completed recall ... got the wife's trk first oil change last week, they did not have time to do the ground recall, at her selling dealer, just checked the Mopar.com sit that lists me as the owner .. does not show the oil change ... so, 2 different dealers and NO updated information for me

I had the Mopar app ever since I bought my new pickup but now that I knew there was an app for the Rams, I deleted the other one and installed that one but from what I can tell, they’re both the same anyways. The only thing different is the opening screen. The Mopar app, its a blue challenger doing a burnout I think and the Ram app starts off with a red Rebel playing on a trail, if I’m not mistaken? They’re both the same anyhow. I was afraid all my own entries would have disappears but apparently all that information comes from the same place as once I logged in on my new Ram app, everything including my own personal entries was there.

Me thinks it is a Crap shoot. U would think that FCA would have a link between Service Records for Trucks, and dealers, Good Luck with that, LMAO

At least the apps work for you. I have a Samsung galaxy s9 but both crash when I try to open the app.

I think it’s all up to the dealer. I had the tailgate recall done after I bought the truck used by a local Ram dealer.

Bought my Maxcare at a Ram dealer 45min away and she couldn’t find me in the Mopar system. Had to add me.

I've added things on the Ram app. myself along with dealer adds. It's easy to do.
