Also in the process of re-valving the icon rear shocks. Been wanting some more compression and rebound resistance to account for the different coil springs and added weight, and I like to go faster in the desert than I should. One call to Icon Vehicle Dynamics and they spec’d out a new shim stack for me, really helpful guys over there. One shock down and one to go.

Man those things came out slick. Pat yourself on the back for all that frustration, I know those bends aren't fun

Thanks buddy. With every project I seem to get a little better using it, and double/triple checking measurements before putting it in the bender is a must

Also got my UOA from Blackstone...I'll post it over in the Synthetic Oil thread but let's just say my 30-weight QSUD is doing superbly! The lab rats say to go for a 11.5K-mile OIC next time...wow!

Need to figure out something for my spare tire, was going to go pick up a used tire the same size the see about building a swing out rack. Already ordered some delrin bushings just waiting on delivery. But at the same time would like to sell the current camper and build a new one similar to those Alu-Cab ones with full rear doors and ditch the tailgate.

Now you're speaking my language!! My local offroad shop is an alucab distributor. I drool over those things. Would you do a swing out gate or s bumper mounted?

They are so rad, but for starting at 10k!! That’s insane. I 100% dig those ones along with the Habitat, Vagabond and GoFast Campers. My buddy wants to build one similar to the gofast but I’m leaning more toward the Vagabond style. Ideally a Swing out off the camper itself or mount to the rear lift hatch with some heavy duty gas struts.

This week I finally got my AlfaOBD app and MX dongle up and running and put in all LED exterior lighting including headlights without having to use any resistors, special canbus bulbs, or special harnesses, and best of all no error codes and/or dash warning messages on my 2017 Laramie. What a great app, although potentially very dangerous if you don't keep very close track of what you change. Lots of great posts on this forum to avoid major pitfalls. Previously I had been using load resistors all over the place to accomplish the same thing. AlfaOBD is so much simpler and I would think much more reliable.

Washed my truck after months of winter storms. It was so dirty!
Tried out the chemical guys set. Wasn’t that impressed honestly...I may return it.

Same here. They seemed great at first and now that they are in Walmart and AutoZone and other places their quality definitely lacks.

Do the changes stay when you unhook it?

Assuming you're referring to AlphaOBD, yup, they do. The only thing that will revert them (other than you doing it deliberately) is if the dealer flashes the BCM on the truck back to stock.
