Decided it was a nice warm day out to debage it and try out the 3m eraser wheel much easier to remove all that glue for sure. Not sure if I want to get rid of the 4x4 logos on the back yet or not...

Man those things came out slick. Pat yourself on the back for all that frustration, I know those bends aren't fun
Thanks buddy. With every project I seem to get a little better using it, and double/triple checking measurements before putting it in the bender is a mustMan those things came out slick. Pat yourself on the back for all that frustration, I know those bends aren't fun

Now you're speaking my language!! My local offroad shop is an alucab distributor. I drool over those things. Would you do a swing out gate or s bumper mounted?Need to figure out something for my spare tire, was going to go pick up a used tire the same size the see about building a swing out rack. Already ordered some delrin bushings just waiting on delivery. But at the same time would like to sell the current camper and build a new one similar to those Alu-Cab ones with full rear doors and ditch the tailgate.
I don’t know how true it is but the guy that sold me my bulbs said that HID’s were better for the projectors.

This week I finally got my AlfaOBD app and MX dongle up and running and put in all LED exterior lighting including headlights without having to use any resistors, special canbus bulbs, or special harnesses, and best of all no error codes and/or dash warning messages on my 2017 Laramie. What a great app, although potentially very dangerous if you don't keep very close track of what you change. Lots of great posts on this forum to avoid major pitfalls. Previously I had been using load resistors all over the place to accomplish the same thing. AlfaOBD is so much simpler and I would think much more reliable.
Washed my truck after months of winter storms. It was so dirty!
Tried out the chemical guys set. Wasn’t that impressed honestly...I may return it.
Same here. They seemed great at first and now that they are in Walmart and AutoZone and other places their quality definitely lacks.

Do the changes stay when you unhook it?

Nice. I may need one. To go with all the other gadgets I have. Tuner and burnbox . ZzzAssuming you're referring to AlphaOBD, yup, they do. The only thing that will revert them (other than you doing it deliberately) is if the dealer flashes the BCM on the truck back to stock.
