What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

Swapped out my trashed projectors for Recons I bought about 18 months ago. After I had a Morimoto igniter go bad followed by massive condensation in the driver's side housing, I decided it was time to do the swap.

Despite having 50 ohm resistors in place, I am still getting quirky turn signal cadence (fast clicking) and I still need to adjust the low and high beams but overall, happy with the look.

So I wanted something I could mount the mountain bikes to but not be permanently fixed or bolted to the bed. This is what I came up with. Snot to shabby. About $60 including the 2 fork mounts and keep me busy for a little while!

Fished the door handle wire into the front drivers door in preparation of adding my proximity handle finally.

Then the rains came, so it sits like that for now. Good thing I have a 3rd vehicle.

Spent 2 hours at the Jeep dealership today.
Almost traded it in for a brand new 2018 Jeep SRT today. I really, really wanted one of the brand new 2018 Trackhawks that they had, but that is just stupid monthly payments. lol
They were 3k off for my trade, so my salesman is supposed to get back to me tomorrow after he goes over everything with the used sales manager. He was not in today.
Even the SRT Jeep is more than I really want to spend, but those SRT Jeeps and Trackhawks look so damnnn hot!!!!

Pro tip for those who live rural: Pop the hood once in awhile... it will show you why FCA wasn't thinking when they designed that dumb battery blanket. Yes, FCA, mice do exist:

Added the front hitch today after I couldn't get my driver's side front wheel off. Been doing this stuff a long time, never had one I couldn't get off. ********** liquid snow removal. Probably only 2000 miles on this winter. Sprayed the hell out of it. Beat the crap out of it, hit it with another wheel/ tire... Will get it on a lift this week.

Hit the tire with a sledge hammer and don’t miss and hit the rim. Hitting the tire will make a vibration and break it loose

The day I took it home my 2019 1500 Classic a month ago on top, and how it looks now. I’ve gotten it leveled, added front and rear mud guards, put on 35s with Terra Grappler 2’s, added leather interior, new front grill, chrome delete on the bumpers as well as a muffler delete.
