Sounds like something my wife would say. Like Kapt said if you dont like it dont run it let's just move past this like men and continue this thread I started for the Emissions lawsuit fix. ThanksOh.. I wasn't aware we were arguing, I was just giving facts and you were refusing to believe them.. My bad.

Haha yea it's probably gonna get banned soon so better stock upI never thought the Republik of Kalifornia would let you use something that has the word "Peformance" in it?
Scheduled to have mine done on 28th of May. Sort of did some "testing" while out driving day before yesterday.
Around here, Low Country of South Carolina (Charleston area), the roads are pretty flat and level with only VERY gentle hills. With the construction and such going on on I26, the speed limits vary from 60 to 70 and back again within miles of each other. Instantaneous mileage was approximately 29 to 27 MPG at 60 MPH, about 27 to 26 MPG at 70, and we won't mention that it was somewhere around 23 to 24 MPG at 80 MPH. The temperature was right at 90 degrees and the humidity was about 50% (yes, those two reading DO matter as well!)
Tuesday or Wednesday, I will go out and see if I notice any change in the "instantaneous" mileage. NOT really expecting any noticeable difference because of all the other variables involved, but won't mind seeing a sustained 30 if one does pop up in there.
EcoDiesel Emissions Settlement Administrator The earliest possible time for payments to begin is approximately six weeks from the Court’s orders granting final approval of the Class Action Agreement, which was May 3rd. Defendants will pay eligible claims on a rolling basis as they are received and approved and offers are accepted by Class Members.
Once your claim is submitted, including all required documentation, you will be notified whether your claim is complete. If your claim is deficient, you will receive instructions concerning how to resolve any deficiency. Once your claim and documents are complete and you are determined to be eligible, you will receive an offer letter and release form that you must sign, notarize, and return. Once the offer package is accepted, you will be able to schedule your Approved Emissions Modification at a Fiat Chrysler Authorized Dealer (for Eligible Owners and Eligible Lessees), or your payment will be processed (for Eligible Former Owners and Eligible Former Lessees).
