Hid's not working (morimoto)

Hey guys I've had the morimoto hids for about a year now absolutely love them. I've had no problems up untill now. I got into my truck and neither side works. I have a 2015 and bought everything from Jeremy at retroshop. Canbus adapters, projector adapters and everything needed to convert from no projector to projector headlights. I haven't had anytime to dive into it yet but was in contact with Jeremy and he Said to pinpoint the problem and he'll take care of it. Has anyone else had this problem that could lead me in the right direction where to start? I have no bulb out messages but I did notice that the ballast don't hum when I first turn the truck on. I'm hoping to have some time tomorrow to look at it but any help would be appreciated.

The quad to projector adapter or the relay harness? If your using the relay harness I’d remove it and change the headlights to HID with Alfa. I fought with them for months until the fine folks here had me remove it. No problems since.

The quad to projector harness. Also used their Mopar harness. I bought everything needed to convert from non projector to projectors and also everything needed to put in the hid's. All from retroshop. Great company!
