What's the widest spacer you can use with OEM rims before you have to worry about a rubbing issue? I have a 2015 Express and was thinking about getting 1.5" to 2" spacers to bring the wheels out to or a little past the fender flares I installed.

I have another question.

What is the thinnest you can go with a spacer without need to cut or change the wheel studs?

I have a 2016 big horn with 1.5" spacers. No rubbing at all and didn't have to trim the studs.

Thanks for the feedback! I'm leaning toward 2" because I want the tires to stick out a little more than the flares, but it is good to know that you have no issues with the 1.5".

Are y'all lifted any at all? I have no lift/level and want to widen the stance on my truck a little too. Just don't know how much I can go before having any interference.
