If they are the same as the Firestone's on my 2014 2500 it pretty much nothing. Mine were worn to the tread bars at 29K miles. Terrible performance along the way as well. I wouldn't put Firestone tires on a wheelbarrow.

I never asked in any official capacity other than around here but I seem to remember some people had asked the dealer and were told to go pound sand.

Dealers/ FCA do not warranty tires. Info mixed in with Owners manual ,separate pamphlet, refers you to tire mfg or dealer.

If I remember correctly, Firestone didn't rate our OEM tires for mileage, so there was no warranty. Mine were shot at or before 25K miles. Took them to a Firestone dealer, was told they couldn't do anything for me. I replaced them with some Nitto Dura Grappler tires that have a little more than 25K miles and are wearing great. Good luck getting any reimbursement from Firestone.

I had some Good year tires on a Ram 2015 Ram and would not travel out of town at 18,000 mi. you would think the manufacturer would make their tires last longer so they would have a return customer, not me.

The transforce tires are probably some of the worst tires I've ever ran. I can't wait until I need new tires. Haha I'll be putting toyos on.

The dealer does not in any way deal with tire warranty problems you have to go to a Firestone authorized tire center and they will help you.
