My 2005 Dodge Ram SRT keeps blowing off the power steering high pressure hose from the quick connect fitting even the dealership can't pin point the problem and the parts have been re-ordered 3 times! Wtf?! They think it has to do with the power steering fan but even that's a guess... I've been without my truck for 2 months does anyone have an answer? Really need some help

I ask cause I had a similar issue with a hose that kept blowing for over pressured fluid because the rack couldn't cool off fast enough.

HP PS hoses blow for a number of reasons, but that quick connect fitting Crysler developed has been around for a while and been problematic. The fitting that threads into the quick connect fitting is a one shot deal and often times I've had to replace the line from the pump that connects to the hose which surprisingly isn't part of a new PS pump.

Having the same problem. Replaced with new one and it blew off. I'm stumped.
