Good day I am new here. 2007 ram diesel.
Problem is after truck has set over night. sometimes when you start her up there is no power, push on the gas and no increase in rpm. and quit often it will kill. If I let it sit for a few hours it will start and be ok for several days. This has happen three times in the last couple weeks

Any thoughts?

Is it a 5.9 or 6.7? Any smoke on startup or running? Any codes? "Be ok for serval days" meaning you can run it as normal for a few days?

Don't know much about your '07 but on my '18, the owners manual says the engine could have reduced power after some cold starts.

True but no increase in rpm seems odd
