Rebuild?? or Replace?? 4.7

So should I replace the 4.7 or rebuild it? What would be the pros and cons of rebuilding vs replacing??

Thanks for all your tips and advice the truck is posted for sale while I'm slowly tearing down the motor to prepare for a rebuild if it's not bought by the time its put back together I'm ganna beef it up with a nice size cams for a nice weekend toy
