Not Ram, but it is Mopar. On my wife’s Jeep Cherokee, the Steering wheel radio control button that is supposed to cycle through your preset channels is random.

The channel up & down work fine, but the center button will take you to any random channel, not even always a preset.

Am I missing something or is there a setting somewhere? Probably just have to replace the buttons, but figured I’d ask first. Thanks

The center button on the left side is to swap between your favorite channels. Once you set them, you can easily switch back and forth through only your favorite channels.

That is the problem, when you press the button it goes to a totally random channel. Didn’t know if anyone had a fix, before I buy new audio controls.

I had some issues with buttons not working well after my airbag clock spring was replaced but it was more of a sensitivity issue.
