Hi all! I recharged the A/C over 2 years ago an it blew colder than the Artic!! Over the last few weeks, I notice that as long as I'm moving (40+ MPH) the A/C blows fine but when I come to a stop or in traffic, it goes cool to warm until I start moving again. Today, I bought a can of "AC Pro" to try to recharge it but the needle on the cans gauge goes into the RED before recharge. The clutch is engaging on and off. I am pretty sure I used the correct side of the system to charge (left of block with gray cap on it). Any ideas on what to do before taking to the shop? Money is tight now. :( As always, thanks all...

Not sure where that is (not a mechanic). Is it that smaller fan off to the side of the radiator on the drivers side?

as stated above, check the condenser fan and also check to see if the condenser is dirty/plugged up. Use a garden to wash it out.
Don't worry about hooking those AC recharge cans up, the fitting only fits on the low side(correct side to charge). The high side fitting is smaller and you wouldn't get the recharge can fitting to lock onto it.

I wouldn't even worry about getting a can yet, your symptoms are typical for fan failure. As you are (self admittedly) not a mechanic, perhaps you should take your vehicle to a shop...
