My 2017 1500 SLT had one when I bought it. Have changed the filter several times.
Did some trucks come with them factory then?

Yes, but so many of s talked about doing the upgrade, for soo long, and on soo many forums, that Chrysler started doing it themselves.
Same for the Dee Zee tailgate assist.

Is that green glowing button for the bed light?
Yes It sure is. I bought the button on amazon and here is the link to the bed lights. The button is cool. You can set it up to be lit up when on.. or off or just have it lit up all the time. I wired mine to light up green only when the bed lights are on.

question you you, dont take it the wrong way, just wondering.
Why not wire it up to the back cab light? if you could do it again, would you do it that way or no cause you can turn them on while truck isnt on. would you install a 3way switch and mount another swith in the bed?

I found it easier to run it all through the carpet directly from the battery. I put an inline fuse into it and sent them through. Going under the carpet by the drivers door is where most of the manufacture wiring is which made it easy to add.

Guess you could call this a mod.

I have two floor mats in the back seat of my crew cab that have spikes on the bottom to stay in place. Since the underfloor storage box has a hard top, the spikes don't dig into anything, and the mats slide anytime someone puts their foot on it.

I went to the local hardware store, and bought some adhesive velcro for about $10 (heavy duty stuff) I cut it into strips, and put the soft side on top of the storage box lid. Didn't use the other side of the velcro, but the spikes now have traction, and the floor mats don't move anywhere near as much. I may get another pack of velcro, and cover the lids better, but this has been a vast improvement already.

Not sure if you would technically call this a mod but at any rate I feel like everybody should see what AlfaOBD is capable of doing now.
It took me 10 hours to edit this Beast!
If some of you are on the fence about getting AlfaOBD, this just may push you over LOL [emoji23]
