Well, i finally got my replacement set from the retrofit source. Looks like they added an extra plug. One harness slides onto the headlight, one does not.
The one that does actually slide onto the projector headlight clip, now has headlights, but no parking lights.
If i swap plugs, i have parking lights, but no headlight.

The connector that 1500ram12 has labeled “headlights” gets plugged into the green connector on your truck’s harness. The one labeled “turn/park” gets plugged into the truck’s black connector. The single wire connector is not used. When you connect the adapters to your truck this way, and using the original halogen bulbs for the low beams (leave any hid light kits out of the equation for now), what exactly works, and what doesn’t work between low beams, high beams, parking lights, and turn signals?Well, i finally got my replacement set from the retrofit source. The last one is the dedicated DRL.
I had the same exact issue with the harness from the retro shop/ Jeremy, when I got a set of OEM projectors from a member here. The first set had one that wouldn’t turn on the parking light, second set, would turn the parking light, but no headlights. It took 3 different harness to make them work correctly. Jeremy was very nice, and he would answer my emails quickly, an shipped 2 extra harness 2 different times, no questions asked.

Thank you. New harness came with NO directions. But i either have parking lights with the black factory plug, or parking lights. Green factory plug has power, but when i plug it into either projector plug, I get nothing.
Double check that the pins on the adapter harness are straight and not tweaked at all.
Do you have a multi meter or a test light? If so when the adapter is plug correctly into the corresponding connectors do you have power coming through the harness?

Tried calling retrofit source...estimated wait time was 1 hour.
Emailed them, and they tell me to keep trying different plugs.
I have 12.9 volts on my green plug, but when I plug it into either socket, it powers nothing.
Only the black factory plug powers either headlights, or parking lights.
This is the last email I got from retrofit source. After I explained the green plug has power, but won't power anything when plugged in.

All they want to see is if you have it connected correctly to eliminate user error.
