WTF is wrong with people? With all the available spots, was that the only place he could think of parking? He has to be almost 5' into aisleway.
That why it's hard to have nice things [emoji3525]

Agreed some people are idioits....wide open lot...let's pull right behind another truck and let my back end hang out in the lane....duh!!!!:doh2:

Yeah I don’t love it but everyone that parks on this level works with me so Haha I know where to find them if they hit my girl.

The primary reason for a parking garage is to fit as many vehicles in as compact space as possible. Monster trucks are a little out if their element in one. Anybody can do anything they want, but you have to admit that's an awfully big truck, just to be driven like a car.

I recently upgraded from a 2wd CC 1500 to a 4x4 2500 CC diesel. Definitely quite a bit bigger, and it's also a lot heavier. I took it across a scale when getting my TT set up. The truck without trailer was 8860 lbs.

Yes sir it’s not the best truck for a daily driver, and if I didn’t haul or pull anything I would of stayed with my Ram 1500. But right now money is a little tight so I have to use my truck to get to work 5 days a week. But weekends I might move round bails, move the tractor and brush hog between my place and Dads might be moving cows, horses. I’m not a city boy with a 3/4 ton Diesel that never gets off concrete/pavement living in a subdivision.

My back porch view.

That’s a hell of a view!

I live in a city (grew up in the woods, had 200 acres in Columbus, TX), and while my current truck is a 2wd 1500, I’m considering a 4wd 2500 for my next truck. I rarely have my truck off the pavement, but couldn’t care less what someone thinks of my purchasing decisions and do not fee the need to justify them. I buy things because I like them, and that’s all the justification needed. You bought that truck because you like it and it suits your needs. You don’t need to justify it to someone who thinks it’s too big to drive in a city.

I switched to 4x4s many years ago...though I only use it (4WD) about 2 or 3 times a year. Usually with my boat on a slick ramp in winter. But when I do, it's money well spent. Then again, I look at a lot of these threads and "what did you do to your truck stuff" and can't understand why someone would spend hours washing and waxing them. I wash mine like once every couple of months. Haven't waxed this one yet...but I've only owned it for a few months.

Well, I have a 2019, standard height, 1500 Ram Bighorn with 18" wheels. While in NJ, tried to pull into Casino garage and bang, hit antenna., Finally found a garage where I had a lil over 1" clearance. As Pullya said, I was ducking as driving, frigging claustrophobic. LOL

Thank you, we love it out here we were blessed to find this place it’s 12 acres on a huge hill that backs up to an 850 acre ranch. ( the Ranch owner is an awesome guy). I fish both giant ponds and will be hunting hogs soon.

Every time I see the title of this post “that’s what she said” pops into my head. [emoji1787]

I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but man, do they ever come up with some great ideas

Now you know why they use those big antennas.

EXACTLY!!!

I like the long antenna!!

If it hits hard im out. If it just grazes it im “ok”
