Owned a 2008 Ford Escape. Had a Dakota for a short time period before my Escape but needed more space so I moved to the escape brand new put 150k on it in the 10 years I had it and everything was starting to fall apart on it(lived in Michigan when I owned it and moved to Texas and sold it!) lol then bought my 2018 Ram SLT last September.

1990 F150 with a 4.9L that had over 329K miles fully original drivetrain.

2010 POS avenger with a 2.7 that's only got 119K but I've put almost 11k into it to keep it running right...and it's on its 3rd timing tensioner..and I'm trying to rid myself of it

only trucks:

2003 F150 - kid rear ended me at a red light and totaled it with his Mazda 3
2006 Nissan Titan - Replacement for the f150 since it was cheap and had a lift on 37's (being in my early 20's I was ecstatic to have it)

Lasted me until a few weeks ago, and had damn near 180k on it before I decided I needed a real truck and traded it in with some minor issues for my new 2018 Longhorn.

8506C169-78D8-4F79-A2B1-533C14663826.jpeg Started owning my first truck at 18 with a 1971 Ford Ranger (F-100) that had dual fuel tanks and right side storage box built into the bed in front of the right rear fender. A feature that I wish was still on every truck that is built. It was galvanized steel I believe and was a great place to store your chains, hydraulic jack, 4 way lug wrench and some other goodies that you like having handy. Yes the box locked. It had a 302 V8 and automatic trans, 2 wheel drive.

1981 Nissan pickup
1966 Ford Bronco - Was a Cape Kennedy Rust Bucket it turned out to be.
1984 Bronco II
1988 Ford F-150 Super Cab 4X4
Bought new but had to trade because we
my wife and I needed a second car so my wife could take disabled son to numerous doctors appointments in his early years.
1989 Ford Ranger - regrettable trade should have gotten a F-150 also a Escort Wagon for my wife to take son to his doctor appointments
1987 Chevrolet 1500 - Turned out to be a lemon
1989 Dodge W150 with a 318 engine 4X4
Awesome truck
1996 Jeep Cherokee 4X4
Purchased in 2007 a 2003 F-250 XLT Lariat Super Crew with the 7.3 Diesel 4X4 and I actually debated at the time about buying a Dodge Ram Mega Cab 4X4 or Ford Excursion but got the best deal at the time on the Ford F-250 for $18,000 as dealership was going out of business.
In March of 2017 traded it for 2016 Ford 150 Super Crew 4X4 - What a nightmare this trade turned out to be.
Got rid of it at a $12,000.00 loss due to 2 brake failure issues and insurance company replacing frame. Could not believe the insurance company not totaling it out after last crash at 45 mph hitting two cars. Got rid of that nightmare in mid November 2018 while it was still in Collision Shop,

Bought my 2006 Dodge Ram SLT 3500 Mega Cab 4X4 with the 5.9 liter diesel in Mid November 2018 with 107,800 miles on it as local one owner trade in with all the maintenance maintained by Chrysler since day one. The first owner bought it in Ashville, NC and titled here in Florida for the first time. I now use it to pull my 2018 Tracker Heritage and a double axle utility trailer used to move a farm tractor and it’s equipment.

I have plans to eventually pull a 38 foot former double tier boat hauler with my Ram and to be honest I can’t be happier with my purchase.

Having now owned my Mega Cab for 9 months I have done a couple of oil and tire rotations and just recently had to repair the AC system to the tune of $2400.00 but for a truck 14 years old I am not complaining. This last week I replaced the two truck batteries that where dated August 2013 so 6 years of service for the two batteries I don’t consider bad.

Picture is of my Heritage hooked up to my Mega Cab
