Got this beautiful crack on the windshield while driving on the highway today. Heard the rock hit and knew the glass was f*****. Quoted $360 for a full replacement. Less than the deductible so I’ll have to do it one of these days...
FYI, if you’re thinking about moving to Colorado, we have hail the size of tennis balls, flying rocks, and everyone driving is high/clueless. Just a heads up.

I moved it around a lot while I finally finished my lighting project. 24 fixtures, 2200 lumens each. View attachment 177054

Isn't that high/clueless just about everywhere now a days?
Jealous of your garage setup--heat/air and plenty of light----Well done!!!!

WHAT!!!! No snow! Then I'm not moving there! Are you kidding even with all that I would still move there if I had the chance.
Oh and drove the 2017 last night. Gotta keep my posts interesting.
I just got back from a trip and had a rock hit my window on two separate occasions, one was the size of a pinto bean and I didn’t see the other one. Both hit near the center of the windshield, I hope like hell mine doesn’t crack....so far so good.
Actually, this was 2 weeks ago but...
I got the new 60 gallon auxiliary diesel tank installed. It feeds into the main (standard) tank while I drive and works perfectly. I now have about 2000 miles of range with no load and about 1000 pulling my 35 foot trailer. I took it on a 400 mile (each way) trip pulling the trailer and it was great not having to stop on the way. I could run to a gas station after unhooking in the evening and didn't have to squeeze the truck/trailer into the fuel pumps. It was weird driving for 7 hours solid and never seeing the gauge move off of Full.
Haha don't get me wrong, it's a fun state to live in. Lots to do. But man, I sure do miss Michigan and all it's lakes lol.
