AT3 XLT’s are awesome! I’ve had mine for 14,000 miles now. They look and perform like new still!

Glad to hear a positive review! I love the ride / look of them. I had cooper’s on my Dakota that I drove previously and I got about 60K out of them with no issues so it was a no brainer when I was buying these. These XLT’s were exactly what I was looking for when it came to look, size and ride.

...Yeah I went down in size with the wheels and bigger tires. The stock wheels size on those were 20” and I went down to a 17” with a 315/70 tire

What width are your rims?

Thanks

I finally decided at 2.8 in the front with 1" spacers COMING SOON in the rear. Might do them today..

My Install Tips

1) If you dont have much for supporting the caliper, CAT5 cable works too if you're a computer guy
2) For installing the top nut... Vice grip a deep socket in place and apply leverage as shown in the pic to a long Allen wrench... Worked great for me.

Hey brother, truck looks great and that’s the look I’m going for. I’m leaning towards same tires if I can save up the $. I don’t normally track mpg and maybe you don’t but did you notice a big diff in gas mileage with these beautiful tires?

Thanks, @Churchville Ram . Don't know if you're a member or have checked them out, but I got my BFG tires at Costco and they were significantly cheaper than anywhere else near me. I don't track my mpg any more than looking at what the dash says, but there was a loss. Before the bigger BFG tires and Bilstein shocks I was getting 17.5-18 mpg, now I'm getting 15.5-16 mpg. However, I haven't recalibrated the speedo for the larger tires, so it might be less of a difference then what I'm seeing on the screen.

Hey Dalton, you got it....2" Bora wheel adapters and Falken Wildpeak's @ 295 60r20. This truck handles like a sports car with the Bils and Eibachs complimented with a Helwig sway bar and end links kit on the rear, and a Spohn Performance pan hard bar as well. Up front I've got Mevotec UCA's and SuspensionMaxx heavy duty sway bar end links. I can't believe how well she sticks to the road and handles like a dream!

Looks great! What's your measurements to the fenders from the ground. These 6112s really change the road handling for sure.

Hey Hodge, measurements are 40" front and 41" rear. I actually got closer to 3" of lift in the front with the 6112's set on #9 as to the advertised 2.3" of height. After installing the 295 60r20's I gained another full inch of height. No exaggeration this truck handles so well now it's blowing my mind. I had no idea a half ton pickup could handle this awesome. I should mention I have a stage 1 tune with EGR delete and tranny tune that compliment this whole set up and takes the overall performance to a level I can't even quantify.

Cheers!

Looks perfect! You are just a bit higher than I am, once I added upper control arms my front dropped to 39.25 (+/-) which is where I am now on 275 65 20s.

I have a GDE HOT TUNE. Egr still installed, looking into the tranny tune soon. Need to source shocks and figure out a mystery tire balance issue and get my spacers back on before I get tuned tho. Love this little diesel!!!!

This is the twin to my truck! Quick question with the bills set at 2.8 did it sit level or nose high? I'm assuming there is no rear spacer. I have a 2.5 DC level and the level spacer is shot so I'm getting Bill's ans idk what setting to put them on! I like it to sit almost perfectly level maybe a tad nose high

Hey guys- finally grabbed my new rims and tires. I did the running boards and mud guards last November and did my Bils back in April I think along with 3/4" spacers in the back. Truck was lookin' funny with the original rims and tires, but I'm a cheap ******* and wanted to use up the rubber on the originals!
I went with Vision Off Road 415 Bombs with milled accents, 20x10 -12 offset and Falken Wildpeak AT3W 305/55-20s. Pretty psyched at how it came out! LF.jpg RF.jpg stance.jpg

Bils at 2.1, nothing on the back, just put on Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLTs, 275/65r20. Could've gone bigger, couldn't justify the additional cost. Love the look.7e92024ef85b6929083ff265adc1d445.jpg1b49585ede267212ddce3f365ae75ae5.jpgf2807436032a88fd19cf7b2eb732c01e.jpg

Exact same tires I’m putting on the wife’s truck. But gonna do 2.8 front, JBA UCA’s and 1” spacer in back.
