Yup, debadge the dealer name was my first mod too, next was cutting down the oem antenna

That have any effect on reception? May have to look into that.

I'm thinking that all the badges may have to go!

I tried one of those smaller, rubber 6" bullet antennas. Didn't work well with mixed rural/city reception. But it's reported they work well in urban areas. I went with a black 15" antenna which looks better with no loss of reception.

Debadging is a personal choice. Search the forum and you'll see that many of us have debadged.

I have a little stub antenna it looks good but crap for reception where i live

I never thought about debadging but after seeing this picture it’s tempting. Looks sharp! Like the antenna also.
