Well I did not take any pictures......but we went to the drive in movies.......first time doing that with the pick up - was a perfect time!

You better be careful of those drive-ins. Years ago I heard rumors about things that happened there----LOL and I don't mean stealing the speakers----:D

Finally finished my stereo and sound deadening install. The truck feels so different now that it's quiet inside. No tire noise and I can barely hear my exhaust now.

Spent this morning cleaning the truck up too.

Replaced both exhaust manifolds and studs. What an enjoyable weekend.
Did you go with an aftermarket exhaust? And if so which one....
I want with BBK and then wrapped it and I have had amazing results in the last fifteen thousand miles. [emoji5]

No, put factory OEM manifolds back on, dont plan on owning the truck for a whole lot longer. first set went 80k..one broken stud on each side. Both manifolds warped

Yeah, that's a serious known problem with these trucks. As I was going to owe my truck for a while, I thought i will just put some shorty headers on it... So great!
Tune coming next week......

Most put louder mufflers on their trucks so they can hear the exhaust; they don't try to silence it.

I did a muffler delete too so my truck is loud! I can still hear it for sure but it's totally silent inside the truck cruising.

I think I need some headers now haha.

My Morimoto HID kit started acting weird on the pass side, it started strobing then I turned them on/off and it would work but the color was purple. The Morimoto lasted 18 months, probably could have tried a warranty claim but I drive to work at 4am 6 days a week and don’t have time to fool around with this over $100 so just installed a new DDM kit, I’ve been wanting to try them anyway. I also installed Katana LEDs in the high beam, took some forcing but they fit.

Here’s a pic of what the Morimoto looked like Saturday before I swapped to DDM on Sunday.
