I know it's not much but I can say without a doubt a tonneau cover and good gas helps a lot. kroger where I am has ethanol free 90 which brought my combined total from 16.5 to 20.4. when I added the tonneau cover it went up to 22-23 or 20 with regular gas but that was driving nice. also I had to return the tonneau because it was damaged so when I took it off I dropped right back down. I still get mid 20s when I use ethanol free and about 16-17 on regular. a good intake and exhaust can help a little if you keep your foot out of it.There was a momentary hope in reading the title, then BAMM, shatter my world!
I've been to two dealerships that say because I have the 3.92 axle I should expect no more than the 12MPG combined (though I've never towed anything). Area Manager concurred. Now I have a case open with the attorney general's office up here in VT. I just want them to fix the dang thing.
