So I have two trucks . 2012 1500 express crew and a 2018 2500 mega . My dealership sucks here so it’s takes forever to get your vehicle worked on once you drop it off . In the past two months have had the 2012 in there 4 times . Since I have the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty it’s my only option . So this last time I took it in the a/c evaporator was leaking and needed to be replaced . Took a week to get it back after the scheduled appointment . I picked it up and the esc light is on . Of course I picked it up as they were closing . So I called the next day they think maybe something got unplugged . Right after I hung up the phone the check engine light comes on . I’m like wtf.
In the past 4 months the shifting solenoid that changes gears went out while I was pulling a boat and went into limp mode. The water pump went out . The exhaust manifold cracked /warped for the second time and had to be replaced a/c stopped working and replaced evaporator . Just hit 111k miles . Glad I have the warranty but dreading that I don’t have it in my new truck

Sorry for your troubles, that really sucks.
The nearest Ram dealer to I will not go back to, as they are under new ownership.
Most of the Techs and Service writers and service manager went to a Chrysler Jeep Dealer.
That is who I am having do the oil changes and service work now,(Hopefully)
Going in this week for a few services and they said they can do the tailgate recall, we will see.
If they they come thru then I will be using them, otherwise I will find a private garage.
Next closes Ram dealer is like 30 miles away and they are very high dollar for everything.
