Hi All,

I’m having an issue with using the door lock and unlock buttons on the door panel after swapping the door modules for ones that have power fold in them. Swapping back to the old modules the door lock and unlock work fine. Swapping in the new modules all mirror and window functions on the door panel button set work, everything works except to door lock and unlock buttons. However using AlfaOBD I can see in the diagnostics when I push and hold those two buttons that the diags show the buttons are being pressed.

Anyone run across this and perhaps knows a fix? Doing the Window Calibration Routine does not fix it.

If the new modules were made for a truck with features yours doesn't have, they just may not be compatible with yours. There's going to be a difference in the way they're wired.

Its also possible they need to be programmed to the truck in order to properly function.

Were You able to get your locks to work? What part numbers were the modules that you put in?

Policeboss,

Not yet no. I have a set of door modules coming that should be the correct ones, the power folding modules I have turned out to be for 2013 trucks (according to the "fitment" from several Mopar part sites), although the guy that picked them up thinks they came from a 2014. (68155772AD and 68155773AD) but we have found a set that should work in my 2015 (68225102AC and 68225103AC). I'm just waiting on him shipping them to me before I can try them.
