What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

As i was putting it in and sliding it up into place the rear top corner broke, a very small section snapped off. I tried to put it in place anyway hoping it would work. Changed out all the rear (including the 3rd brake light) lights out to LEDs. So much brighter!

Running lights only, LED on the left, regular bulb on the right

Which bulbs did you use??? I tried to convert mine, and the one at the local hardware store were complete crap.

I used the Slyvania Zevo 194s for the cargo lights. Been running them since Feb without any issues. They are so bright I am thinking of running a wire with a diode on them to have them come on with the backup lights.

Steve, I would be intersted to know which tail light bulbs did you use also. Any codes or have to put in a LED resistor?

did a clay bar a cpl weeks ago..Yesterday i used 0ga steel wool on my windshield,rinced then washed and waxed..I kept puttin it off but had to be done..

I used these for the tail lights:

Did throw a code, but with Alpha OBD, just had to set the output to LED and the code went away.

Other then just driving it to and back to the store for groceries, I looked at a bunch of parts to upgrade my truck. The only problem is I can't afford the thousands of dollars in parts that I looked at today. I need a good sugar mama!
