Ive been looking online and cant find anything clear. I am changing my brake pads and rotors this weekend but its been so long since ive done them, i do not remember the proper torque needed for the wheel (think 100ft/lbs) caliper pins and caliper bolts. However if someone has a link or pdf to the whole truck, that would be awesome!

05 ram 1500 with the 5.7hemi 4x4

Caliper mounting bolts
Front- 24 ft-lbs
Rear- 22 ft-lbs

Caliper mounting bracket bolts
Front- 130 ft-lbs
Rear- 100 ft-lbs

This is from a Haynes Repair Manual I use for my 2006 Power Wagon. I gave you the appropriate torques for your 05' 1500 though.
