After installing aftermarket wheels and tires i developed vibrations 65+ mph, 3 alignments, 3 replaced tires, 5 times balance tires (static, dynamic, road force), replace AMP tires for Toyos Open Country R/T 33x12.50x20 and still vibrating. Truck have a rough country leveling kit. Any idea o solutions? Truck have 8k miles

Cv shaft or drive shaft
I’d lean to a cv
The lift kit might be putting the cv at an increased angle and causing it it to vib. Do you feel it in the steering wheel?

If it's just a leveling kit (meaning only the front), then it should have only lifted 2.5" up front, which means the front drive shaft and steering arm might be your culprit(s), but make sure your new front suspension nut-and-bolt bits are torqued-in properly first - could be something as dumb as a loose (or missing!) bolt/nut slapping against the top of your new shocks (or maybe you forgot to stick in the right bolt spacers? Hard to say w/o eyeballing the things.)

If it's a full lift kit (suspension or body), then chuck in both drive shafts as suspects, and pretty much anything else that connects the wheels and lower suspension to the (now further away) rest of the truck.

It wouldn't be the front drive shaft on a 1500 with the leveling kit he used(or probably any of them). The front differential doesn't get lowered so the front driveshaft angle doesn't change. The front half shafts and associated CV joints going to the front wheels take all the angle change.

Maybe it's already been tried, rotate the tires front to rear and see if the vibration "moves" with the tires if it doesn't start looking at drive-line components There have been a few people reporting their rear driveshaft has caused vibration.

Did you repair your driveshaft to rear differential looks like it pulled apart from your Front lift, repair and put back to stock problem solved.

Check your ball joints. Those spacer leveling kits are known for causing your ball joints to pop out. Regardless I would get rid of those spacers.
