So after alot of research to put my dodge back together I found a 300c for the swap, .
Knowing oil pan, i oil inlet tube ,ntake manifold lifter, and possibly a few block bosses need to be drilled and tapped, my question here is what's stopping me from putting entire assembly from 300c into the dodge pcm and harness and all???? Please some advice here thanks.

Front timing cover as well. You don't need to change the lifters unless you intend to cam it (remember, you have to pull the heads to change lifters). Otherwise nothing, though why would you even want to attempt to throw a CAN bus car PCM (that uses a separate TCM) into your PCI bus truck (that has one module for combined PCM/TCM function)? They are not designed to play together. If you're just trying to get it back on the road, swap everything listed, leave the heads, cam & lifters along and drop it in. You may need to grab sensors from your old engine due to harness differences. Default mode for MDS is off, without a PCM to tickle the solenoids it never actuates, and before you ask, no you cannot retrofit MDS to your truck lol.

Thank you Hemi lonestar,
Another question the ram must use factory coils and ignition wires across only? Or can 2007 coils that eliminate the use of plug wires? I realize the ignition plug is different , but if theres away to have the cleaner look as well as a updated coil would be nice

Yes, unless you hack up your harness or get coil adapters like these, then you can use the later valve covers and coils:

Will this kit eliminate the need for the plug wires then, or am I missing something?

You're missing quite a bit, and apparently the pic didn't help lol. These allow you to use the 2006+ coil packs and their associated valve covers; it doesn't just get rid of the wires.

Thanks. I saw a kit once that got rid of the wires crossing over the engine and used wires that were shorter. Can’t remember for the life of me where. Without looking, I think it was for 03-05 HEMI and made them like the 06-08. I could just be pulling this crap out my ass, there’s that..... LOL

You're thinking of the Taylor shorties, they simplified things but still used the same coils. Like these:

Simplifies and cleans things up without having to hack up the harness (the plugs are different)

Very good info here , had another question, while removing hemi from 2007 300c I've noticed how much larger the outlets of the exaust manifolds were compared to my 2004 ram , 3/4 of an inch bigger opening at the flange , I already swapped over my originals and now thinking if I'm losing a opportunity here to try and make the 300c manifolds work ??
