I switched my exhaust to the magnaflow 19200 but wife thinks it's too loud. Thinking about switching out the muffler. Thoughts or suggestions on a direct replacement.

I believe this kit have the 22" 5x11 body muffler, this is one of the quieter free flowing muffler on the market. The only other free flowing that might tone it down a little more is the Solo Mach82, but you will need to have a shop extend it a little and have the hanger welded.
Like my wife, I'm sure what she doesn't like is the cold startup that are much louder than stock. Any free flowing muffler will have this issue. You could look into chambered muffler, but Flowmaster for example doesn't offer a muffler that can replace directly the one you currently have. Another option is going back to stock and get an exhaust cutout that you can open when the wife is not there.

I have a Corsa. Just took it off for awhile. Wife said the same thing on cold starts. No drone at all and a sweet sound when you mat it. They are pricey but when it comes to exhaust systems and the engineering behind them there’s no better way to go imo.

Lol yea how bout it. I just put the carven competitor on mine and she said “that’s not even bad” lol cause I warned her she might not like how loud it is.

No, I drive my truck, she drives her Lincoln. Her only complaint is the cold starts at 3:30am

Tell her it's not loud and I'll load you a cold start now that its actually cold that will make normal systems sound tame lol.

I had the Flowmaster American Thunder direct fit on my 2017. I thought the sound was perfect. Not too loud, not too quiet on the outside. Inside was very little drone while cruising, but noticeable for sure under acceleration. I had the Pulsar module on as well with the MDS disabled and it was even better....
