Very cool. Were they from a wrecked vehicle? Guessing they'd be more if bought new... anyways, congrats. Looks professional.

Not sure if the vehicle was wrecked or not. Just know the seats came out of a 2016 Ram from a used parts seller in AZ. The seats look brand new. Absolutely no defects at all. Definitely the best upgrade I've done so far.

It's a mod for my '19 Classic w/ the rear bench seat since it came w/o, but I love this fold flat storage mod. I've used it so much since it's been installed, so convenient.

I just did the same mod as well. It has so many uses (like groceries, dog cage, etc). I love it. I had it in my 1st Ram 1500 Big Horn, but my new Ram 2500 didn't originally have it.

Thanks for the quick response! I don't have the dual zone temp control... Was wondering if that vent would work to mount an aftermarket mic behind it.

The 12mm LED buttons from EBay, older genie garage door opener, holes cut buttons mounted, wires soldered from button to opener, since the genie used a 12v battery picked up a constant +12 from behind the dash soldered to genie so no battery changes. Shrink wrapped opener then velcro'd it behind HVAC control so no rattles. Oh covered all solder joints on opener with hot glue for vibration purposes. The LED lights on on accessory power so they are only on while key is in the on position.
Do you have any pics or vids on this process? I’m wanting to do this in the overhead console where the homelink factory goes. Thanks

Just saw the next post. My bad.

Just the pics on post 140 and post 150. The pics on 150 are where I modified the opener, on 140 where I modified the area where the brake controller goes ( milled out the back) to add the 2 buttons to run the opener. I used the 12v outlet on the right side for constant power to the opener and the 12v outlet on the left for switched power to run the led lights in the buttons.
