Can anyone confirm the location of the Bluetooth module for 2015 RAM ecodiesel. I am getting an error on my media center "Hands Free system is loading, Please wait". I have had the software updates by a dealer and I'm just thinking the Bluetooth module is either bad or a wiring harness has a short in it. Every great once in a while if the temp outside is very warm the Bluetooth connection in my truck will work, making me think there might be a short somewhere and the heat is causing the wires to expand enough to make a connection. I just want to replace the Bluetooth module and have it working proper again. Thanks for any info

The Bluetooth is built into the 8.4 radio.

There is places like https://navrepair.com/ that repair the radios. You could upgrade it to either a UAS(non-Nav) or UAQ(Navigation) if you want Android Auto or Car Play support.
Have you made sure your phone is up to date and tried to delete the existing phone pairing then re-pair the phone with the radio?
Maybe try another device with Bluetooth, I had a previous phone that didn't like to connect to a cat's Bluetooth. I replaced the phone and the problem was the phone.

bluetooth is built into the radio, my guess is it could be a chip or plugin module internally that works loose.
time to upgrade to a UAS or UAG radio and get apple/android carplay

As others have said, the Bluetooth module is inside the radio. The antenna is behind and on the bottom of the black surround that hold the LCD screen to the radio chassis. If the screen has not been replaced ( no one messed with the surround that holds the screen on ) then it is probably an issue with the internal Bluetooth module.
