Hey guys. What shock do you recommend for a 1” lift space on a 2wd. I tow a pretty heavy travel trailer, so I need something that rides nice and will hold up to weight.

Ranchos RS999367, set them at #4 for stock like ride, #8-9 when you pulling that trailer.

I had those on my truck and their crap. I broke one of the front’s going over a speed bump and one of the rears seized up and won’t extend

I just put some eibachs on the rear. They are rated for a 0-1" lift. It firmed up the ride significantly. I can't say how they are under a load. I don't know if the top shock mount is different on 2wd vs 4wd, but I had to buy a 21mm crows foot to hold the nut on the back of the top bolt. with that tool the hardest part of the job was compressing the shock by hand to get it into the bottom position. :)

Bilstein makes shocks for the front. I can find you the part number if need be. The rear shocks are the same between 2wd and 4wd. Bilsteins are definitely the way to go. Best performance for the money. I did a lot of offroading with mine. Also got stuck a lot in the 2wd ;)
