Craigslist or the forum classifieds would serve you best. Shipping will kill you...here's the forum board to post in to find someone local looking for your parts.

Well this weekend I finally had enough nerve to cut into the lower air box and install the rear air and center console. Thanks Benny and all the rest who gave me the information. 3eb9eb210d308c42bec1a90a564c5db4.jpg916442dc91bc8b29aa112a5bc93e72c1.jpg8912e6c0b6ab5b92f9674962d29389fb.jpg891dd0232bee1db762c4825534033e89.jpg

Lol I'm contemplating cutting mine open tomorrow as I have my jump seat out and floor console ready for install, how hard was it cutting and can you feel the air comming out of the rear.

I picked this up today, there’s no vents, would my 2017 SLT truck need to alter or add additional hvac vents or would my existing ones work?

You will have to get the rear piece with vents and the ducts.

I am starting my center console swap from the jump seat. I don't know if it varies my trim level, but my Express Quad Cab doesn't have rear vents, nor duct work underneath the jump seat. I think I can forego the rigging of the ductwork when I put the center console in. Perhaps Quad Cab configurations didn't have rear vents.
Did you have to do any duct work? I think I just got the same set up in my quad truck and the console I bought today has no rear vents

I sat on this for a while, but am now considering it again... I've re-read through the thread but wanted to check a few things...

Ductwork question was answered before, I have Quad Cab and don't care about rear ductwork.

I would prefer the later cell phone holder vs the bus card holder in the center bin - so I just need to look for a 2016+, or is it a certain trim level also?

Would really prefer black leather (Limited?) armrest cover. I do see longhorn/brown but want black. Next would be the std black. Don't want the grey, which seem to be the most common on ebay, unfortunately. IIRC the armrest cover is not change-able - one would have to swap the entire top unit? It's pretty spendy.

I have a line on one locally, black top, and it has a CD. I *think* the wiring for the CD exists in the stock harness, but I can't recall? Or would I have to do some custom wiring to connect it? It's also the bus card style bin thought and I would prefer the newer version. Going to research the CD and center bin swap.
With a quad, did you have to eventually go any ductwork? I have a console with no rear vents that I picked up and I have a quad truck

The quads do not have rear ducts from the factory but they can be added. I'm told the rear vents can be quite anemic in their output so not having them may be a negligible difference...

The quads do not have the connector cutout in the HVAC box for the rear A/C and actually have a different part number HVAC box. I have actually replaced mine to upgrade to the dual zone ATC and it's not there. We also did my buddy's Crew Cab and his HVAC box had the cutout. I thought about ordering a crew cab HVAC box but didn't really care much about getting the rear A/C at the time. Someone mentioned that guys with quad cabs have done it but I'm not sure how they did. I guess they may have just cut the actual hole in the box to install the ducting. You can install the heating ducts that run under the carpet and blow heat from under the driver and passenger seats by just installing the duct work. I bought it but haven't gotten around to installing it yet.

They can be added? I didn’t know this. That’s cool.
