There is a plug on the passenger side hood hinge area. You'll need to get the harness along with the light.

I looked all around and there is no harness there with an open plug. Only harness in that area goes to the a/c high pressure switch. Looked at a co-workers laramie and his has a harness that goes from the cowl over and across to the fuse box.

Not sure that any of the 19 classics came with the wiring present. I have installed a few kits on older trucks but i looked for the plug on my 19 and another buddies 19 neither of us have the plug for the harness or light to plug in to.

Poo-poo. At least I got my money back.

I thought it was a waste of money buy they actually look really durable and last long. I'm happy with the purchase 100%. If you have snow and sand on the ground like up here in Canada it's a smart purchase just to protect from the scratches from getting in and out. Your feet always rub against them.

I have been hauling Jeeps for my friend.

He is trying to fix his Grand Cherokee and his Commander also decided to not start.

So went on a 300 mile road trip the other night to get a parts jeep, and then went and towed the commander home too.

Only got one pic though...snapped it while he was cleaning the engine bay for the teardown.

Yes, it was we went from 62 degrees to 24 in 18 hours here in Pennsylvania so it exaggerates a slow leak. we had it on the trailer at his brothers house and took it the next night to the car wash 3/4 mile down the road. We filled them up when we exited the car wash.

We didn't do the tow like that.

Another trip. Blew out a trailer tire. My first time doing that. Sucked!!! Thank god for tractor supply. ;)Will go for dual axle on the next wood pickup like this. I wish I knew how much I was actually towing. I’m thinking 5-6k. She struggled on the inclines. Temps were good the whole time.

Uff da! That looks a bit heavy for that little trailer. 3500lb or 7000lb axle? I'm picking up a HD 5x10 double axle dump trailer here in a couple weeks and it's only rated for 7K gross which is like 5300lbs cargo. Here's a good weight calculator.

Got home this morning from working at the fire department last night to find USPS dropped off the new toolbox mounts. So this morning before taking the kids to school I got it put on the truck. Also added a TGL Hitch Step.

After lunch knowing the new tailgate would be delivered today I disassembled the internals in preparation.

Last this afternoon FedEx finally made the delivery and 20 minutes later everything was put back together. Due to my error in removing the old tailgate cap I had to order a new one which will be here Saturday along with a matte black rear emblem.

Hopefully this year I can get non-chrome headlights and fog lights plus replaced the plastidip rims with matte black rims.

Got my free oil change at the dealer. Found out that I can also use their "free" carwash also. Not my favorite way to wash, but helps the looks a little. Rotated tires. Tread still plenty deep at about 49k miles. Inspected suspension and brakes of course and both look great. Brake pads and tires both holding up excellent on this truck so far.

It's a bunch of solvents with milled black carbon in it to re-pigment the plastic bits. It's similar to the process to they use to dye trims when they manufacturer them and those solvents seem to eat up the oxidation that forms. The stuff is pretty nasty and stains most of the things it touches so gloves and taping off are a must, but it works better than all of those toppers that claim to restore trim by a good margin. I've found it works the best if you clean with a vinyl/plastic cleaner like Meg's #39 then wipe down with a panel prep or 25% IPA solution before you start applying it. If you put a good sealant/topper/coating over it once it's cured up it lasts for a good while.

I just ordered some from Auto Geek, they were having a sale on the kit.

Thanks for the info.

Advisor thought I was nuts for changing oil at 1000 miles but my peace of mind over rules his disbelief.
