I'm almost done with mine! I got 12 of them changed last Thursday, and saved the back four on the driver's side for this weekend when it's cooler and I have enough time to change them out. The passenger side wasn't all that bad, but the driver's side about drove me mad lol.
If you have a swivel spark plug removal tool the driver side is actually easier..

My 13 had the 100,000 insert in the owners manual, but when I pulled the plugs last night they were COPPER LZFR5C plugs. 112xxx miles on the truck and the plugs looked pretty good still.
I thought they would have been the irridium plugs, so that's what I bought. I went ahead and put the irridiums in and will report back if any issues arise.
Any issues to report ?

Finished up the back four plugs on the driver side this morning! I just laid a blanket over the engine compart and laid straight over top of the engine to get to the plugs. Wasn't too bad, but I'm glad it's done now!

Old thread, but I changed out my plugs for Champions when I did mine. They were on sale, I got all 16 iridium plugs for $86.
Been in the truck for 100,000km without issue so I don't see why everyone says you have to use NGK.

4 hours, some Coke Zeros and a few scratches later I got'r done.

Thanks for the tool recommendation Roadrnnr. That Gearwrench worked magic for the Ram.
In the past I got away with my Craftsman sockets, but it has always been inline 4, and V6s.

A thing I noticed... The dealer part and NGK sites said my truck has SP143877AB (NGk Laser Iridiums LZFR5CI-11) but I pulled out LZFR5E-11.
Maybe my truck was an early run.
Oh well I was able to score the Laser Iridiums for the same price that one of our vendors is selling standard plugs.
