I would say it's a pretty good bet that's what happened and your brand has been changed this whole time and you didn't know. I would recommend having the dealer Flash it again to make sure everything goes back and then you'll probably be set. After the dealer resets your BCM the radio should automatically start picking up the Ram themes after a few key cycles but it sometimes takes longer. You shouldn't have to touch anything else with any tools. I recommend staying away from the AE tool and strictly using the Alpha for any changes or monitoring. My buddy messed his truck up with the AE tool just by going in and doing system tests. It is not a stable tool.

If he is in the same situation as me , when I first got the uas , on the control screen there was two options cargo and reverse and they both were clickable “ obviously cargo did nothing since I don’t have one “ but after the radio settled into my bcm they both disappeared . My guess is that in order to have the camera buttons you must have that second camera to enable both buttons .

So the BCM has been flashed by the dealer 3 times (once last Friday and twice yesterday) and it's still jacked up. SO is it possible that the radio or my MM3 tuner is preventing the complete reflash to occur. The Witech gave no error messages and some settings did change but the TPMS, tire size & fogs with high beams did not along with the Chrysler setting. As far as I know everything works properly so I'm torn with trying to replace the BCM.

I did trim the corner a little bit so you can get it in and Out without removing the pedal assembly
The only thing you need to remove is the parking break which is only 3-13 mm bolts and you can slide it out PayPal [email protected]

I was able to to get the “Cargo Camera” soft key and it will work for what I need. However, I still yet to receive a “Back Up Camera” soft key for just the back up camera. In the picture it shows the cargo camera soft key, but no back up camera soft key. Any idea on what to do to enable that? I don’t need an additional camera input, was just trying to get the factory soft key.

Yes, however I have the VP4 Nav radio originally, and just upgraded to the 4C UAQ. I have seen the soft key for the back up camera a million times on other people’s vehicles with this same radio.
