Started about a week ago. When I hit around 60 I hear a whine kick in. Noticed it when I got on highway. Definitely not wind related to flares or hood shield. Had them on quite a while and this just started happening. When I try to open windows to see if I can pinpoint it better I get too much wind noise but can hear it in cab with windows closed. Not sure if it could be a bearing or tranny or what. I cringe thinking of taking it to dealer since once they start trying to troubleshoot all usually goes south. I am under warranty bumper to bumper but was hoping maybe get pointed in a direction on here first. Seems to be mostly under load. I do mostly local driving with max speeds usually around 50 so I can definitely hear it once I hit around 60.

5.7 2016 big horn. 70,000 mi 3.21 gears.

May sound odd, but take the antenna mast off & go for a ride.
Had a whistle in my jeep years ago at higher speeds and that was it.

Does it change with throttle? Quit when letting off or accelerating?

I also have a whistle in winter from my antenna, get any little bit of ice on it and it sings at highway speeds.

Took me weeks to identify it.

If it's when ur driving and braking it could be one of ur brakes r dragging or the pads came off

Not when braking. Happens when I hit 60 mph under load. When I back off the gas it stops

My son is an auto mechanic. He would tell me to turn up the radio a bit until I didn't hear the noise. LOL
Maybe have someone else drive with you in the passenger seat. You might get a different perspective and where the noise is coming from.

Long ago i've heard that noise. It was rear differential. Noise under load, quits when coasting. Had two work vans that did it. One did it FOREVER, we nick named it hummer. The other exploded all over the highway. Not trying to get a laugh, its what happened. Check diff fluid, though its already too late. Usually.

I was having a similar issue about 6 month's ago and then all the sudden my AC went out, turned out to be a leaking/dirty EVAP. Luckily I bought a warranty when I got my truck and it was covered.
